I help founders and leadership teams unlock growth across the business, beyond the marketing.
I’m a marketing and growth strategist at heart and a brand builder by nature, an executive leader who brings clarity to ambiguity and momentum to vision across both startup and corporate environments.
I’ve led high-growth marketing organizations across the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, working within wellness, hospitality, and real estate. Across these industries, I’ve built and scaled brands through CPG, SaaS, and e-commerce models, applying proven strategies in new contexts to unlock growth at the intersection of brand, business, and technology.
Across my career, I’ve driven measurable results, including:
+40% digital sales growth in 60 days through omnichannel strategy
+33% annual recurring revenue growth via data-led optimization
+900% increase in inbound leads while scaling early-stage SaaS
−22% reduction in customer acquisition cost (CAC) through funnel efficiency
+28% lift in conversion rates across paid and owned media
6–8% year-over-year revenue growth leading national B2B → B2C programs
P&L oversight and marketing budgets ranging from $800K to $35M
Scaled teams from 1 to 31 across U.S. and international markets
Today, I partner with organizations as a Fractional CMO, Growth Advisor, or full-time executive. I’m deeply hands-on, working alongside teams to execute, refine, and bring ideas to life. I don’t lead from a distance; I invest in the work, the people, and the outcomes.
A graduate of MIT Sloan + CSAIL’s AI: Implications for Business Strategy, I use AI to complement human talent, driving smarter personalization, improving efficiency within marketing organizations, and enabling teams to focus on higher-value work while accelerating impact.
Beyond my executive work, I serve as a Board Member of The Hancock Foundation, led by former Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock, supporting initiatives focused on leadership, education, and the preservation of history through programs such as Heritage Tours.
My leadership style is grounded in clarity, care for people, and a deep respect for the work itself. I listen closely, lead with compassion, and focus on helping people do their best work by understanding their strengths and creating the conditions where they can thrive. I value directness, honesty, and shared ownership, and I believe strong teams do their best work when they feel trusted, supported, and genuinely invested in.
Outside of work, I prioritize health, wellness, time in nature, and time with family. I find balance through travel and staying active, volunteer with therapy horses, and draw creative energy from cooking, interior design, and architecture. I remain a lifelong learner, always curious and always evolving.

As Pearl’s Vice President of Marketing, Cindy was a team player who dug into challenges with grace. For each campaign, she would plan and map the customer journey to gain insight into the target audience and overcome potential roadblocks ahead of time. Her main goal was always to be thoughtful about the brand and how to scale in the most positive light. She also supported her team with excellent thought leadership and compassion.

Cindy is the kind of marketing expert that understands the nuances and complexities of getting it right. She doesn't shy away from solving problems. She is passionate and driven to find the right marketing solution for the right marketing challenge. I hope I am so lucky as to one day partner with her again on projects.
Steve Lendt, Motum B2B
In a world full of marketers, Cindy Gonzales is something rare: a true leader, a trusted mentor, and a source of grounded, strength. During my time working under Cindy as our CMO at Wana Brands, she was so much more than a boss, she was a guiding force, an ally, and the most valued mentor I've had the privilege to learn from.
Cindy leads with a rare blend of experience and intuition. She doesn’t just speak from a place of marketing expertise (which she has in spades); she speaks from alignment. Her ability to manage complex projects and diverse personalities with grace and clarity is something I aspire to emulate.
Her leadership is deeply intentional. Every decision she makes, every strategy she builds, carries purpose and heart. She sees the bigger picture while keeping a pulse on the human element — always customer-first, always team-focused. Under her guidance, I grew not only as a creative professional, but as a more centered, thoughtful leader myself.
